outdoor Beautification: project prep day

Join us for Project Prep Day! Saturday March 1 from 9am-12pm. Help tidy up the grounds and prep our projects for Spring Into Art and Service Day. Everyone is welcome to come and help. Meet on the blacktop!
 
Bring your sanders, drills, jigsaws, extension cords, wheelbarrows, buckets, and gloves. We’ll be repairing warped picnic tables, sanding tables and benches, drilling holes in fence posts for a grounds art project, doing a campus walk for trash and stray rocks, and some light weeding.
 
There will be something for everyone to do, and "many hands make light work," friends! We can’t wait to see you there!

Reflections program advancements!

Congratulations to the students advancing to District and State levels for the PTA Reflections '24-'25 program! A reception will be held as part of the "Spring Into Art and Service Day" on March 9th at 2pm to honor all students who participated in this year’s program theme, Accepting Imperfection.

spelling bee Winners

Congratulations to the Kiker Elementary School Spelling Bee winners Charlie Merket (5th, Coleman), Shreya Rangakrishnan (4th, Squyres), and Kengo Suzuki (4th, McLaughlin). This phenomenal trio made it through the Scripps School Spelling Bee list and will be testing for a chance to represent Kiker at the Austin Regional Spelling Bee this March. Congrats to them and all of our spellers for their hard work!

Hello, my name is Carrie Abrams and I am the proud Principal of Bernice Kiker Elementary. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Kiker Community.
